Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at info@ceramiconnoisseur.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement.
